iStand Parent Network Inc.
President
Morehead, Kentucky
Dr. Hunter is the president and co-founder of iStand Parent Network Inc. Her daughter, Muna, was abducted to Mali in 2011 and returned in 2014 through strong faith, cooperation between the U.S. and Mali and an organized network of family and friends who cried "No Rest!" until Muna came home. Hunter has testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, shared her story and advocated for IPCA reform in conferences, on webinars and on social media. Noelle works in cooperation with fellow parent advocates to empower parents to return their children home and to prevent and end this painful problem. Hunter is the Executive Director of the Kentucky Office of Highway Safety. She lives in Frankfort, Ky and has three daughters, Muna, Rysa and Rachel.
